Bracket ONLY!
These blemished brackets function as expected (as seen here) with the exception of a manufacturing defect that affects the anchoring point for the factory beeper(TLDR; factory beeper will not mount to these brackets!). If you have an early year Tacoma, this isn't a problem for you!
These brackets will only be sold a la carte, which includes the powder-coated bracket and required hardware.
